Mainly from Key Lime and Kumquat trees, our citrus raw honey is light honey with a delicate citrus taste.

  • CITRUS TREE

    The Florida Keys have a unique climate and soil condition which are quite different from those of mainland Florida. This results in a very different and more varied flora. The well known Key Lime is the primary source of nectar for our citrus honey. They flower around the same time of the year as the Kumquat tree which our honeybees use to produce a delicious, delicate honey.
